Montana Jack's is a restaurant located in the beautiful Stillwater Valley.  We are surrounded by gorgeous views in all directions.  As a restaurant we offer you meals that are made from scratch, and made with as many local ingredients possible.  We pride ourselves on not only creating fun new dishes, but giving you prompt and friendly service. Montana Jack's offers a nightly amuse bouche that is a gift from the chefs that is guaranteed to make your "mouth happy".  We have a lot of fun cooking for you, and we hope that you enjoy it as much as we do! 
   
    Chef Chris Lockhart, and general manager Gena Burghoff, are a husband wife team.  Together they have 30 years of restaurant experience.  They started out their partnership with a food cart in Red Lodge, Montana called The Local Yokel.  Here they served sliders, tasty specials, sides and almost everything was sourced locally.  They believe in supporting the local ranchers and farmers, and have a very hands on approach to sourcing all of their food.

    Our newest addition to Montana Jack's is Chef Anthony Leo.  He has just joined us from the East Coast and is thrilled to be on our team.  Anthony is another self taught chef with a great passion for food!  He has the same values on cooking the best meals and using as much locally sourced produce and meet as possible.
